Our practice is based in Danville. We represent families buying and selling homes along the I680 corridor. With over thirty years in the same market, we have guided clients through interest rates in the high teens, great recessions, dot com busts, and a pandemic. Yes, experience does count.
We use every technological advantage available in the marketplace but we still believe the best communication takes place face to face. A successful transition from one home to the next requires as much empathy as it does expertise – we deliver both.
Jeff Bruno

A licensed California real estate agent since 1983, Jeff Bruno's industry credentials reach back to his crib - both his parents were successful Bay Area brokers with specific expertise in Contra Costa County.
Raised in Alamo and a graduate of San Ramon Valley High School and UCLA (B.S., Economics), Jeff's first career role was in handling property management and project coordination duties for a Walnut Creek developer. Subsequently, he began investing in and improving single-family homes and small apartments.
Jeff's residential brokerage career began by focusing on buyer representation; he now manages a book of business balanced between buyers and sellers. A tenacious client advocate, Jeff thoroughly enjoys the art of negotiating and the pursuit of exceptional deals. It's probably something he picked up from his Dad's 'win-win' negotiating philosophy. Jeff recognizes the awesome responsibility of being trusted with his client's real estate affairs and promotes smooth transactions through friendly and open communication.
Jeff's volunteer roles over the years have supported his children's passions- Board Member with the Danville Oaks Rugby Football Club, Category Coordinator for the SRVUSD's Student Recognition Project, Danville Little League Coach and Board Member, etc. He claims to have the best side gig ever – clock and scoreboard operator for the SRVHS football program. Jeff is an avid gardener (specializing in heirloom tomatoes) and dedicated hiker. He is convinced Yosemite has nothing on the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness area.
Jan Bruno

Jan is from Steubenville, Ohio. It is a small, hardscrabble city on the Ohio River dominated by two steel mills. It is a place where discipline, pride, and work ethic are forged into those growing up there. As a young girl, Jan realized that she wanted to get out and see the world.
Jan took advantage of a program offered by her alma mater, Bowling Green University, allowing her to complete her Fashion Merchandising degree in New York City. The advertising firm where she interned while in college recognized her talent and immediately offered her a job after graduation. Her corporate career evolved from national media buying-print, television, outdoor to advertising media sales. Having experienced New York, Jan felt compelled to head west and landed in San Francisco. Her professional path led her to Gannett Outdoor, then Clear Channel where she excelled in Outdoor Sales.
Feeling a need to put down roots, Jan bought her first property in San Francisco. It was a formidable achievement for a young, single woman. The first little flat has led to numerous investments, significant remodeling projects, and her current career helping individuals with their real estate dreams. As a result of completing dozens of remodeling and market preparation projects, Jan has developed remarkable relationships with designers, contractors, and suppliers. Even in the busiest times, her chosen experts deliver the highest quality service on time and within budget. As a natural and diplomatic leader, Jan's many volunteer roles have included a few turns as Classroom Parent at Vista Grande, Committee lead with Boys Team Charity, heading Social Events for the Diablo West HOA, and the Volunteer Coordinator for the Danville Oaks Rugby Club.
Jan enjoys travelling with Europe, Australia, and Africa among the push pins on the map. Other passions are Barre, good food and wine, live music, and nurturing her family.
