Danville's southernmost neighborhoods, south of Sycamore Valley Rd. and east of I680, contain both ranch style and two story homes ranging from 1500-3000 square feet. Prices start at $1,400,000 and can go as high as $3,200,000. The neighborhoods are connected by walking paths along the creeks and greenbelts and the Iron Horse Trail, which runs the length of this designated area.
In the center of it all is Osage Station Park.
There are also a few condominium developments offering some of Danville's most affordable homes which start in the high $700's. Most sporty kids growing up in Danville will spend time on either the soccer or baseball fields at Osage. The park also has a children's play area, a paved .6 mile walkway around its circumference and memorial rose gardens. The snack shack behind the Little League diamond produces some of the Town's best barbecued hot dogs and burgers – open game days in spring and summer.
