Some of Danville's largest, and certainly most beautiful houses, are on the El Pintado Loop. Modest homes on very large lots that once contained stables and corrals are being replaced by 5-10,000 square foot spectacular estates.

Ranch style homes are being replaced by those of Tuscan, Craftsman, and Mediterannean architecture.

Tack rooms and riding arenas compete for space with wine cellars and vineyards. Many homes in the neighborhood have spectacular views of either Mt. Diablo or the Las Trampas range. The special homes have views of both.
